Sculpt a lifted, toned backside in our intense Glutes Camp class led by Trainer Ryva! This 30-minute workout targets your glutes, hamstrings, and thighs through a circuit of resistance training exercises like squats, lunges, hip thrusts, and banded side steps. We'll use free weights, resistance bands, and your own bodyweight to add challenge and definition. Come ready to feel the burn! Our motivating coaches will ensure proper form as you work through each exercise. Join Glutes Camp on Wednesdays at 9:30AM and Fridays at 6:30PM to build, lift and sculpt your dream booty!
